Studentcare Mental Health Resources

Mind Check

Take the first step towards self assessment

Mindcheck.ca is an online resource that provides confidential quizzes designed to help you assess where your feelings fall on the mental health spectrum. Primarily targeted towards students who are struggling with anxiety, stress, alcohol or drug use, and body image or eating disorders, Mindcheck also provides self-care tips, educational tools, links, stories, and connections to local mental health professionals that can help.

Please note: Mindcheck is a provincial health resource of British Columbia. Through Studentcare’s support, Mindcheck’s web-based resources are being made available to students from other provinces. While only students based in BC will find the links to local professional resources applicable, your campus Health & Counselling Services is an excellent resource for accessing resources in your area.
